Extended Terms & Conditions:

Any Purchaser of 1.3G Display Fireworks must have a Valid BATF License or Permit.

An additional 3% Fee will be charged for all CREDIT CARD purchases.

All Transactions above $3,000.00 are to be paid via Check or Wire Transfer/ACH Transaction. Single Credit Card Transactions over $3,000.00 will not be permitted for security reasons.

Deposits are only available on pre-order items and will not be refunded if the order is canceled by the customer after 48 hours from placing the order. All In-stock items are to be paid in full at time of checkout due to real-time inventory.

Please note that you, the buyer, are notified that all Fireworks products (1.3G, 1.4G, 1.4S, etc) and their handling, storage, transportation and use have significant risks to life and property. No warranties are expressed or implied.

Please note that all merchandise on this price list is sold upon the condition that we, the seller, shall not be liable in any civil action for any arrest, accident, or injury occasioned during the transportation, handling, storage, sale, or use of the merchandise.

The Buyer relieves Angry Unicorn Imports, LLC. (AUI) its officers, employees, suppliers and agents from any and all liability associated with the purchase, handling, storage, transportation or use of all products.

We do not anticipate changes, but prices, terms and delivery charges are subject to change without notice.

Florida & Pennsylvania residents must have a resale license or pay Sales Tax. Out-Of-State customers will also be subject to sales tax when picking up orders for their personal, non-commercial use.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone at any time and to limit item quantities available for sale.

We do not accept returns, and in some cases are prohibited from accepting returns due to the nature of the products we sell. All Sales are Final and returns will only be accepted for defective products.
