Q: Is any special license required to purchase 1.3G Display Fireworks?

A: Yes. All 1.3G Display Fireworks require you to hold an ATF Explosives License. If you do not already have your ATF license, you can find more information at the following link: https://www.atf.gov/explosives/apply-license. If you do not have a storage location already setup which is a requirement to receive your ATF license, check out our Fireworks Storage Program.

Q: Is the only thing required to purchase 1.3G Display Fireworks an ATF license?

A: Through our online account setup system, you will need to upload the following documents in order to have your account approved for 1.3G items: A valid copy of your ATF license, valid photo ID, intended use statement & customer information form. If the ATF license is under a company name we will also need a copy of the ATF “Notice of Clearance”, showing the Responsible Person(s) under the company license. Only those listed as a “Responsible Person” can pick up fireworks unless an authorization form is completed, signed, and on file.

Q: If I am buying display fireworks for personal use, do I have to have any kind of special drivers license?

A: Display Fireworks that are sold to customers for personal, non-commercial use and transported by such persons in their personal vehicles are not subject to any hazardous materials transportation regulations.

Q: How do I know if what I am purchasing is actually in-stock and available for purchase?

A: All items including Display Fireworks, Proximate Pyrotechnics & Consumer Fireworks are based on a real-time inventory system. This means that what you purchase, is what you will receive. All items are updated on a continuous basis so there is no need for substitutions. Once you complete the checkout process, those items will be removed from our available inventory.

Q: If I am not able to pick-up my order, how do I get them delivered to me?

A: Angry Unicorn Imports can deliver ALL of your items to your door. You will be charged a separate shipping cost prior to your order being shipped. This cost is based on several factors such as size, weight and final destination of order. Upon checkout, select Ship to me and you will receive a separate invoice for shipping charges.

Q: How does your Reward Points system actually work?

A: For every dollar spent, you will earn 1 point. These points are earned with every purchase. All earned points can be viewed through your account and can be redeemed at anytime once you advance to each tier bonus.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Checks are only accepted on a case by case basis. If you would like to pay by check, please contact us in advance of your order.

Q: Do you accept returns of Products?

A: All sales are final with some minor exceptions. We understand that sometimes shows get cancelled, and in those instances we are willing to work with you as long as certain conditions are met. The product must be in exactly the same condition (SEALED CASES) it was received in when purchased. We cannot sell open boxes or re-sealed items. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. We know each situation is different, so please contact us and let us know your exact circumstances if need be.
